Job Responsibilities:

  • Works under the direction and guidance of the Director of Engineering
  • Take approved CAD parts and creates product assemblies
  • Assist with mechanical engineering tasks as needed
  • Create documentation related to products in our weather and marine lines
  • Helps to organize the laboratory facilities
  • Works on site approximately 3 - 4 days per week


Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree related to mechanical or industrial engineering and/or a relevant combination of experience
  • Possess strong engineering and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English is required. Other language skills welcome.
  • Experience using Solidworks, AutoCAD, or 3D CAD (Creo) a plus


Additional Information:

• This is an on site opportunity that will be performed from our offices in Hayward, California.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position


US Compensation Range: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $18.50 - $25.00 per hour. 

This position will accept applications on an ongoing basis and will be closed once the position is filled.
