About The Company
4medica is a data-first healthcare company built on a simple belief: better health starts with better data. Our roots are in lab, radiology, and imaging data—where precision matters most. Today, we bring that same focus on accuracy and trust to hospitals, IDNs, labs, payers, provider groups, accountable care organizations, population health programs, and data exchanges. We’re known for our holistic identity management platform, which consistently reduces duplicate patient records to nearly zero. But our work goes far beyond identity. With our integration engine, systems integration services, and whole-person care suite—including consent management, SDoH data sharing, and the Clinical Viewer and Care Team Network—we give healthcare organizations the power to turn fragmented data into connected insights. We are not a data broker. We never monetize data. Instead, we make it usable, accurate, and actionable—so you can drive smarter decisions, stronger collaboration, and better outcomes. At our heart, we’re a data company. And that means everything we do is designed to help you trust your data—and use it to transform care.
