We are looking for employees who are passionate about what they do, have fun doing it, and proud to represent the Denver Broncos Football Club and Empower Field at Mile High.</p></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp; </strong>Work with Broncos legal department handling various internal legal functions for the Denver Broncos Football Club and Empower Field at Mile High.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>DURATION:</strong> This internship will run for 10 weeks from approximately late May - early August 2026. Exact dates to be confirmed prior to start.</p> <h4>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h4> <h4>Commercial Support:</h4> <ul> <li>Assist legal department in reviewing and negotiating revenue and expense contracts for the organization</li> <li>Help design and execute sweepstakes and contests in coordination with legal and business teams</li> <li>Develop processes, policies and procedures around contracts and templates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Projects:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist legal department with strategic organizational initiatives, including negotiating agreements, developing policies and procedures and participating in strategy sessions</li> <li>Work closely with Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel to participate in internal and external strategic development priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Privacy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support legal department and other business stakeholders in the development and execution of consumer data privacy policies and practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Contributes to department team effort by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Completing additional duties assigned; including opportunities to participate in internal and external calls on strategic priorities and interact with outside counsel</li> </ul> <h4>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Completion of first year of law school at an accredited law school with the intent to return for second year</li> <li>Good academic standing in law school</li> <li>Self-motivated and solutions oriented with a positive attitude</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communications skills</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Ability to occasionally work hours outside of normal business hours with little or no advance notice</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrollment at a Colorado-based law school (University of Colorado Law School; University of Denver Sturm College of Law). <ul> <li>This position is fully on-site at the Denver Broncos’ facilities in the Denver metropolitan area.
