The London office is looking for a 12- or 16-month period contract full-time Civil/Environmental Engineering Student to join the Municipal Infrastructure team. This position will begin in May 2026.
Duties:
- Assist in pre-engineering site surveys and inspection during construction;
- Design of horizontal (sewers, watermains, roads, etc.) and vertical (pumping stations, water/wastewater treatment) municipal infrastructure projects;
- Help prepare AutoCAD, Civil3D, and REVIT design drawings;
- Provides office support during the construction stage of projects;
- Assist with quantity calculations and preparing tender documents; and
- Aid the RVA team to ensure quality project delivery to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a third- or fourth-year Civil/Environmental Engineering program at an accredited University (Recent graduates will not be considered);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation/Civil3D/Revit is an asset;
- Demonstrates superior communication skills in English, both oral and written;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work in an interactive team atmosphere;
- Must have a valid G Class Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
Compensation Range
The salary range for this position is: $25-$30/hour
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
