The Summer Student, Customer Experience Analyst position is designed for students interested in exploring how technology and business processes impact customer and employee experiences. The role involves supporting analysis and evaluation of initiatives by turning feedback and data into actionable insights. The student will contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and help provide recommendations that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

This position is part of the 2026 ENMAX Summer Student Program. This 16-week program demonstrates ENMAX’s commitment to invest in our future workforce and supports youth in building beneficial career skills. To be eligible applicants must be enrolled in a full-time degree or diploma program at an accredited post-secondary institution and must be returning full-time in the fall.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and reporting to support decision-making within Customer Experience

  • Assist the team in mapping customer journeys and business processes to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement for customer-facing initiatives

  • Evaluating technology solutions for efficiency and user experience impact to support operational teams (coordinating outages and supporting project-related customer communications)

  • Applying quantitative methods to interpret qualitative and operational data, driving actionable customer insights

Education Required:

  • Currently enrolled in a BBA or BCom with a concentration in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or Business Analytics or;

  • Currently enrolled in a BA in Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Political Science, or a related social science. Coursework in social statistics, quantitative research methods, or data analysis is considered an asset.

  • Curious about how technology can improve business processes and make work more efficient

  • Good communication and teamwork skills to share findings and ideas with others

  • Interested in turning feedback and observations into insights that can help improve customer and employee experiences

  • Previous experience working with data tools to organize and analyze information and present analysis

Salary: Administrator Level B

Step 1 – $24.82 / hour based on current CUPE Collective Agreement rates

Location:    This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
