Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or currently in the final semester of studies.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Minitab, APQP, Core Tools, 8D methodology, and PDCA.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and use basic measuring instruments (preferred).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze customer-returned parts related to claims (0 km and warranty).
  • Prepare and issue reports for all analyzed parts.
  • Review and update plant quality indicators.
  • Track and/or coordinate customer-related databases.
  • Review and monitor customer portals.
