What will you do?
Mainly work for iProject tool:
- Users Master File maintenance.
- Creation & update of dashboards.
- Lifecycle management which includes cleansing process.
- Reports extraction.
- iProject tickets Issue support.
For Transverse tools (including iProject/CoMET/IDB):
- Contribute to standardize processes across tools/locations, using BI tools.
- Update/Modification/Creation of the ServiceNow forms.
- Communication support such as flyer creation, video edition, script creation.
- Training support
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Experience working on BI tools such as PowerBI & Tableau
- Have excellent knowledge of Excel
- Process oriented and organized
- Fluent in English
- BONUS-have experience working with any video edition apps

Who will you report to?
- Will report to the Deployment Transformation Leader responsible of the tool's Lifecycle Management, Communication & Training. In a daily basis, you'll work with Project Managers from different GSC functions from all over the globe, understanding and solving tool's issues and contributing to the tool improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Active student of computational engineering, mechatonics, etc (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th semester)
Proactive and self-driven: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative on improvements.
Flexible and adaptable: Comfortable with changing tool requirements and global user requests.
Customer-service mindset: Since part of the work involves supporting users and resolving issues.
Continuous learner: Open to mastering new BI tools, process methodologies, and communication techniques.
