Job Description
- Learn the fundamentals of production test flow and basic test equipment operation in a manufacturing environment
- Develop basic automation skills, including simple scripting and exposure to RPA tools for efficiency improvement
- Gain hands-on experience in real-time monitoring, equipment data handling, and log/status analysis
- Understand end-to-end workflow from equipment to data, and how automation supports production efficiency
- Identify simple workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic exposure to scripting (e.g. Python or similar languages) through coursework or projects is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML or general web concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with basic Linux commands is an added advantage.
- Interest or basic exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a plus, but training will be provided.
