Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
The Opportunity
The Employee Experience (EX) Strategy & Business Operations team partners with senior leaders and across the EX team to build and drive strategic priorities, develop effective operating mechanisms, and continuously improve the way we operate.
This summer, we are investing in AI-enabled ways of working to streamline processes, elevate decision-making, and improve the employee experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, AI-savvy intern to help our team leverage generative AI and agent-based tools to improve the efficiency of our workflows and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about the intersection of AI, business operations, and people strategy!
All 2026 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of AI-enabled solutions that optimize our EX Strategy & Business Operations work, such as:
- Building an AI change management agent that drafts tailored change strategies and communications by proactively addressing the needs of different employee personas
- Developing AI-powered tools to streamline annual planning activities and recurring business operations processes (e.g., quarterly highlights)
- Assess business needs and current-state operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for transformation using AI
- Apply strong strategic program management skills to plan, track, and drive progress across initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with global, cross-functional team members to gather requirements, align on outcomes, and drive collaboration
- Bring a customer focused approach, ensuring AI solutions are intuitive, practical, and aligned to real HR and business needs
- Support change management and adoption, including partner engagement, communications, enablement materials, and success metrics
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field) and graduating between December 2026 – Jun 2027
- Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
- Fluency with generative AI tools – hands-on experience in designing custom agents, workflows, or sophisticated prompt frameworks
- Prior experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or transformation initiatives; ability to break down complex business problems, conduct gap analysis, synthesize insights, and develop actionable recommendations
- Project Management & Ownership - ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive progress independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Orientation & Stakeholder Management - demonstrated experience in building fit-for-purpose, user-centric solutions and navigating global, cross-functional organizations
- Comfort with Ambiguity and Fast Iteration - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and solutions evolve quickly.
