What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support our team in various governance tasks
  • Close customer visits in our system
  • Coordinate and plan logistical needs in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedules;
  • Communicate with our Global operators as required, inform them of new initiatives and conduct occasional surveys
  • Track Global 7500 incorporation status in the fleet; 
  • Provide internal and external fleet visibility and/or progression upon request;
  • Seek cross-functional support and swift resolution to in-service customer fielding issues;
  • Interface with multiple internal and external groups and represent the Parts Services organization

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor degree in administration or related field  
  • You have system knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • You have strong Excel abilities
  • You are proficient in English, spoken and written and you are fluent in French;
  • You place emphasis on satisfying as well as prioritizing the needs and expectations of internal partners and/or external customers;
  • Maintains contact with customers and adjusts interactions as required;
  • Analyzes existing conflicts, considering the different viewpoints and remaining objective during discussions;
  • You are a team player, demonstrate strong organizational skills and are autonomous;
  • You are a detailed oriented individual who enjoys taking initiative and ownership;
  • You are available to be on call after regular working hours on an "as required" basis

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
