Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Kennenlernen verschiedener Abteilungen wie Immobilienmanagement, Expansion, Bau und Vertrieb, für ein umfassendes Verständnis der Unternehmensprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei täglichen Aufgaben, z. B. Verwaltung und Vermietung von Immobilien, Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen und Wirtschaftsplänen, sowie beim An- und Verkauf von Objekten
  • Teilnahme an Verhandlungsgesprächen und Einblick in die Vergabe und Betreuung von Aufträgen an externe Dienstleister
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Planung von Einzelhandelsimmobilien
  • Eigenständige Mitarbeit in ersten Projekten und Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter bei Fragen rund um ihre Immobilie

 

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Gutes Abitur oder Fachabitur
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Begeisterung für das Immobiliengeschäft
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit dem PC
  • Du hast ein sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Du hast Teamgeist und bist kundenorientiert
  • Du zeigst gerne Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
