Wir suchen für unser Team einen Praktikant im Bereich Human Resources (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit im operativen Personalgeschäft (z.B. Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement, Erstellen von Dokumenten oder Anweisungen)

  • Strategische Projekte (Unterstützung im Gesundheitsmanagement)

  • Administrative und konzeptionelle Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

  • Organisation von Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen

  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Motivation und Mitarbeiterbindung

  • Vorbereitung und Auswertung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

  • Du bist Student in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Studiengang idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal

  • Du besitzt eine Selbständige und eigenverantwortlich Arbeitsweise

  • Du verfügst über eine kreative und starke Kommunikation mit internen und externen Partnern

  • Du verfügst über eine gute Teamfähigkeit, ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Eigenmotivation

  • Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit (wünschenswert)

  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
