We provide services to retail clients worldwide by developing and delivering an array of custom software solutions such as POS, self-checkout, and mobility solutions. We seek proactive and skilled senior students or just graduated resources to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and ever-changing environment.<br><br><strong>What you will be doing:</strong><br><br>Your typical day as a Toshiba&nbsp;Intern Automation Tester<strong> </strong>will involve:</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Include working in cross-functional teams to Quality assurance of POS applications and OS features. The position involves participation and contribution in Automated Test case creation and execution.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Naturally, to be successful in this role, you must have and know of</strong><br><br></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic Engineering</li> <li>English: Fluent</li> <li>Skilled in Python, the candidate must be able to create scripts, feel comfortable writing code, and have experience with other programming languages as well.</li> <li>Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems (The candidate should be comfortable navigating and handling basic tasks in Linux).</li> <li>The candidate needs problem determination and debugging, attention to detail, teamwork and excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills - Team player</li> <li>Requirement to work with people internationally</li> </ul> <p><br>Preferred skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge Linux command line environment</li> <li>Knowledge of Networking (Networking devices Switches and routers, Security protocols like SSH)</li> <li>Test Automation tools and techniques</li> <li>DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, ...)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
