The intern will work closely with Study Start-Up, Feasibility, and Clinical Operations teams to support key study planning activities</span></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span><strong>Study Start‑Up (SSU)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in the collection, quality check, and tracking of essential start‑up documents (e.g., confidentiality agreements, feasibility questionnaires, site regulatory packets).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support ICF localization/customization and version control under supervision.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help prepare EC/IRB/Competent Authority (CA) submission packs (cover letters, forms, supporting docs) and coordinate translations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate entries in study tracking systems (e.g., TMF, CTIS/JVRIM/IRAS, or sponsor equivalents) to support IP release milestones.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate meetings and status reports for cross‑functional team updates.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Feasibility &amp; Site Identification</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Compile country and site feasibility intelligence (therapeutic area interest, historical performance, startup timelines, competitive landscape).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support site identification: utilizing data from internal databases, public registries, and referrals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help maintain site intelligence (capabilities, patient pools, previous KPIs) and support selection discussions.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Patient Recruitment &amp; Retention Support</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in recruitment plan inputs (country/channel mix, referral pathways, diversity/outreach considerations) under guidance from Patient Recruitment and SSU leads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate review of patient and site‑facing materials; support ethics approvals for patient‑facing content where applicable.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track screening/enrolment signals during early activation; flag risks and data gaps to the team.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration &amp; Compliance</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Partner with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Legal/Contracts, and Vendors to keep timelines on track.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in creation of new ways or working for Clinical Trial Start-Up, Feasibility and Patient Recruitment.
