Adhering to the enterprise concept of 'Humanity', Credibility, Creativity', GAC is committed to building a world-class company which wins customers’ trust, ensures staff's well-being, and meets social expectations.</p><p>We are currently looking for<strong> Legal Intern</strong>, the details Job responsibilities as below:</p><p>🎯 <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in drafting and amending legal documents and other standard contracts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in drafting and amending legal documents and other standard contracts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in developing internal legal and compliance policies and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Research and monitor updates to European and national laws and regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with the coordination of various legal and compliance projects in different fields (e.g., data, antitrust, labor, ESG, trade).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in sourcing and onboarding legal service providers in European countries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide support for administrative tasks, including service provider management, invoice handling, updating files, and assisting with corporate governance work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support compliance and operational matters of HR functions of the General Management Department.</span></p></li></ul><p>💼 <strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>LLB (final year) or LLM student, must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to work 4 or 5 days per week for a period of 3~6 months.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Respectful and honest.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Open to innovative approaches and experiment with AI tools for legal work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willing to embrace a multi-cultural business environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span>We are a new team building up a brilliant legal system from scratch.
