Overview

American Structurepoint is looking for a Summer Intern in our IT Group. The internship would be located in our Indianapolis, IN Design Center.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities in our IT Group:

  • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and software
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
  • Complete documentation on ticket solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • In the process of obtaining an associate or bachelor’s degree in the field of IT
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
  • Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
