About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll build and optimize AI-powered workflows that make us faster and more efficient. You'll work across teams to identify automation opportunities and ship real solutions—using no-code tools, AI agents, and lightweight engineering.

You will:

  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to prototype and ship internal tools.
  • Identify repetitive processes across teams and design automation solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, APIs) into workflows to enhance productivity.
  • Document automations and train team members on how to use them.
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows as needs evolve.
  • Collaborate with engineering, ops, and product to prioritize high-impact automations.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
  • Comfortable with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Problem-solver who spots inefficiencies and wants to fix them.
  • Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end.

Compensation varies based on profile and experience, but a general cash range for the 3-month internship (fixed comp + performance variable) is $5,000-$10,000, plus a competitive equity package in case you are confirmed.
