Présent sur l’ensemble du territoire et avec plus de 3500 collaborateurs, nous sommes un des leaders de la distribution de produits et des services de santé en France. Alliance Healthcare développe une offre 360° à l’attention des pharmaciens, des laboratoires pharmaceutiques et des hôpitaux, au service des patients.

Au sein d'une direction juridique au cœur de la stratégie du groupe en France, vous apporterez votre valeur ajoutée en soutenant en priorité la Direction juridique en matière de droit des sociétés, projets et conseil aux opérationnels des différentes activités.

À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Conseiller les équipes opérationnelles sur les différentes activités du groupe

  • Intervenir sur des périmètres juridiques variés : droit des affaires, droit des contrats, droit de la distribution, droit des sociétés et droit immobilier

  • Participer à la rédaction et à la révision des documents contractuels

  • Contribuer à l'anticipation des enjeux juridiques liés aux activités de la direction

  • Assurer une veille juridique sur les périmètres d'intervention de la Direction juridique

Vous serez accompagné par une équipe juridique dont l’ADN repose sur la créativité, le partage du savoir-faire, l’expertise des métiers juridiques concernés.

Vous pourrez ainsi renforcer votre polyvalence, votre expertise, votre approche « business partner », autant d’atouts pour réussir une carrière de juriste!

Profil :

  • Vous préparez un Master 2 en droit des affaires
  • Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais
