We are looking for a creative communications intern, supporting both our internal and external messaging.  

Your role 

As a Communications Intern, you will play a supporting role within our Marketing & Communications team. You will gain hands-on experience in both internal and external communications while assisting your colleagues across a variety of tasks. This internship is designed to help you develop essential skills and provide valuable exposure to communications in a dynamic, international organisation. 

  • Assist with communication materials: Help draft and edit emails, social media posts, intranet updates, and presentations under the guidance of your team members. 

  • Support channel management: Help schedule and publish content on our various communication channels, including intranet and social media, ensuring information is shared in a timely manner. 

  • Press and media monitoring: Help monitor press coverage and summarise relevant news for the team. 

  • Learning and development: Take part in training sessions and learn about the latest trends and tools in communications and digital media. 

  • Administrative support: Help with general administrative tasks to keep the team organised and efficient. 

About you 

  • Education: Currently studying towards a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 

  • Language skills: Good written and spoken Dutch and English required; French is a plus. 

  • Communication: Willingness to learn and develop clear writing and editing skills. 

  • Organisation: Able to manage your time, follow instructions, and meet agreed deadlines. 

  • Digital fluency: Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, Microsoft Office) and eager to learn more. 

  • Team player: Friendly, approachable, and ready to support colleagues in a collaborative environment. 

  • Proactive attitude: Curious, motivated, and open to learning new skills. 

  • Attention to detail: Careful in your work and keen to deliver quality results.
