You’ll focus on developing and executing creative content strategies, innovating with AI tools, and supporting data-driven marketing efforts. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analysis, directly contributing to our success in talent attraction.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Get To Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Marketing Campaigns:</strong> Create and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid media, events, and the web.</li> <li><strong>Creative Content Production: </strong>Design marketing collateral, capture photos, produce videos, and write compelling blogs.</li> <li><strong>Employee Storytelling:</strong> Collaborate with interns and employees at the San Francisco office to create employee spotlights and engaging content.</li> <li><strong>Performance Analysis &amp; Optimization:</strong> Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics and build your own portfolio of projects you worked on during the summer.</li> <li><strong>AI Innovation:&nbsp;</strong>Identify, prototype, and implement Generative AI solutions to streamline marketing workflows and drive efficiency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who We are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation in December 2026 or Spring 2027.</li> <li>Ability to work from the San Francisco office 4 days per week.</li> <li>Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects.</li> <li>Demonstrated interest in leveraging data for marketing strategies and campaign optimization.</li> <li>Proactive approach to leveraging Generative AI and emerging technologies for content creation, workflow efficiency, and strategic insights.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus qualifications (extra credit)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Digital Content Creation &amp; Marketing: </strong>Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut), experience with photography, written content development, and familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid media).</li> <li><strong>AI Prototyping Experience: </strong>Experience building or prototyping functional AI solutions (e.g., automated content workflows) that demonstrate efficiency and problem-solving skills.</li> <li><strong>Operational Skills: </strong>Ability to build basic landing pages (e.g., WordPress) and coordinate event logistics/materials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Okta’s Intern Program</strong><strong><br></strong>As an intern, you’ll do real work that matters. While you’re on board, you’ll work on meaningful projects and have an opportunity to see what working at Okta is all about. You’ll also have the assistance of your mentor and manager to help you develop new skills. <br><br>Our interns have the opportunity to build a strong community - with their fellow interns, within their teams, and with the broader company. We want you to grow professionally and you’ll do that through participating in events like our Executive Speaker Series and Brown Bags. And of course, we want you to have fun too.&nbsp;</p> <p>We offer 12-week summer internships in the U.S. with two available start dates.
