Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Litigation Case Tracking

  • Monitor and follow up on the status of ongoing litigation cases, updating internal trackers and notifying relevant stakeholders of developments.

Regulatory Monitoring

  • Research and report on new local laws and regulations, including changes in compliance requirements, corporate governance, and industry-specific mandates.

Document Drafting and Review

  • Assist in drafting legal correspondence, memos, and summaries under supervision to ensure alignment with internal policies.

Legal Research

  • Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to the broader legal department’s operations.

Data and File Management

  • Maintain organized legal files and databases, ensuring that all documentation litigation, and debt cases is properly archived and accessible.

Meeting Preparation and Support

  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas for internal legal meetings and governance sessions and take notes during meetings for follow-up actions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, contracting) to gather information and coordinate responses on legal matters.

General Legal Department Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team, including scheduling, document formatting, and assisting with internal audits or compliance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Law Student

  • English and Spanish language speaker

Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
