What You Will Do *

  • Assist in updating and maintaining production schedules based on material availability and build slots
  • Track work-in-progress (WIP) and support alignment between production plans and actual execution
  • Help analyse production data to identify bottlenecks, delays or material shortages
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Assist in preparing daily production status reports
  • Support rescheduling and/or adjustments to production plans
  • Assist with DOME updates
  • Participate in continuous improvements initiatives related to production flow, or output optimization
  • Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

What You Will Learn

  • Production Planning Fundamentals, Understanding TAT targets and gate milestone
  • Detailed Scheduling & Control through daily/ weekly work sequencing and learning how dynamic schedule changes ripple across the shop
  • Hands-on use of planning and KPI tracking
  • Learning to work cross-functionally and how PP&C acts as the integrator across functions
  • End-to-End engine flow understanding

Qualifications You Must Have *

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed. Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced, matrix reporting organization.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
  • Relevant aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines.
