About the Role

Job Description:

Being a responsible business forms a key part of the firm’s strategy. You will support the Asia Corporate Responsibility Team in delivering the firm’s regional social impact, environment, diversity and inclusion and health and well-being initiatives. This will involve support for corporate responsibility initiatives which may include volunteering programmes, diversity networks, well-being events, and programmes relating to the firm’s environmental footprint and carbon emissions in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Communication: Provide support for communicating about our corporate responsibility programmes, including creating newsletters, invitations and LinkedIn posts.
  • Intranet and blogs: Provide support updating our intranet and blogging about recent initiatives.
  • Events: Help to organise and attend office events (where practicable) and assist with on-site co-ordination and logistics.
  • Administration support: Handle administration tasks such as updating contact lists, processing invoices and booking meeting rooms.
  • Provide other general support as requested by the team.
