Job Description
● Prepare, maintain, and deliver accurate and timely reports based on defined business requirements.
● Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
● Apply standard data validation checks and quality controls to minimize errors and rework.
● Translate stakeholder and business needs into clear analytical outputs and reporting formats.
● Support ad-hoc data requests and assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and key insights.
● Document reporting logic, assumptions, and data definitions to ensure clarity and consistency.
● Continuously improve reporting efficiency through learning, automation, or basic process optimization.
Qualifications
● Background in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (final-year students are welcome).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data meaningfully.
● High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
● Basic technical skills in data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or similar) are a plus.
● Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python and/or Java is a plus.
● Persistent, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
● Able to communicate insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Curious, creative, and open to finding better ways to work with data.
