Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Store Planning and Facility Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

  • Manage the agenda of the Store Planning Director and team
  • Manage travelling and accommodation arrangements of the Store Planning Director and the team
  • Support in back-office activities
  • Reception of guests
  • Booking of conference rooms
  • Support budget processes
  • Support invoices’ registration and approval process
  • Manage orders with magazines

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency of Microsoft package (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Fluent English
  • Problem-solving skills
  • High level of adaptability
  • Organizational and time management skills
