Description:

Assists with writing business requirements and function specifications for new systems and recording modifications to existing systems.

Provides assistance with research and fact finding for business and client needs.

Gathers problem support documentation of results and escalates to appropriate staff member.

Provides assistance to senior staff performing requirement gathering interviews with clients and users.

Provides processing assistance, prepares/updates status reports and task planning activities.

Follows Change Management processes for enhancement and acts as a point of contact for recipients of the Functional Design document.

Researches and solves open functional design questions.
