If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!</p><div><p></p></div><div><div><p></p></div></div><p><strong><em>What you'll be doing?</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the Partner Services team in day-to-day operations to ensure excellent onboarding and ongoing management of brand and vendor relationships.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with processing and validating partner product data, ensuring completeness, accuracy and adherence to marketplace standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with merchandising, buying and logistics teams to resolve partner queries and expedite issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Monitor partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports highlighting trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Help prepare partner contracts, onboarding documentation and system access set-up under supervision.</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation of promotions, price updates and catalogue changes with partner approval and internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Participate in cross-functional meetings and take ownership of assigned actions to meet tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation and internal knowledge sharing to scale Partner Services operations.</p></li><li><p>Provide excellent partner-facing communication, maintaining a professional and customer-centred approach at all times.</p></li><li><p>Assist with ad‑hoc projects such as competitor analysis, market research and partner training materials.</p></li></ul><p><strong>We are looking for…</strong></p><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion or a related discipline.</p></li><li><p>A keen interest in e‑commerce, luxury retail or brand partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.</p></li><li><p>Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data validation and using internal systems; experience with ERP/Catalogue tools is desirable but not essential.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, positive and service‑oriented attitude.</p></li><li><p>Prior customer service, retail or operations experience (internships or part‑time roles) is advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>What is in it for you!</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>The opportunity to shape the future of fashion with a dynamic & autonomous multinational team</p></li><li><p>Valuable hands‑on experience across partner management, merchandising and operations</p></li><li><p>Big potential for personal growth, training, and further development of skills</p></li><li><p>Attractive employee discounts across our brands</p></li><li><p>Exposure to internal systems and the latest e‑commerce tools</p></li><li><p>Non‑stop learning and mentorship from experienced Partner Services colleagues</p></li><li><p>365 days of loving what you do</p></li></ul><p></p>
