About the Role

Beschrijving van het bedrijf

Je gaat aan de slag binnen onze Supply Chain-afdeling in Steenderen. Hier worden dagelijks routes gepland tussen productielocaties, vrieshuizen en klanten. Jij helpt ons om deze processen slimmer en efficiënter te maken met innovatieve AI-oplossingen.

Aan het einde van je stage lever je een analyse- en ontwerpdocument waarin je jouw aanpak en inzichten beschrijft, een werkend prototype dat route-optimalisatie mogelijk maakt en een eindpresentatie waarin je resultaten en aanbevelingen deelt met onze stakeholders.

Functieomschrijving

  • Analyseer het huidige routingproces en de beschikbare data (SAP, Excel)
  • Ontwikkel een AI-gebaseerd beslismodel voor route-optimalisatie (bijv. Ant Colony Optimization)
  • Bouw een proof-of-concept in Python (of soortgelijk system) en test dit op historische data
  • Vergelijk resultaten met de huidige planning en adviseer over implementatie.

Functie-eisen

  • Je volgt een WO-opleiding in Operations Management & Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Science of vergelijkbaar
  • Affiniteit met programmeren en AI-technieken
  • Analytisch, zelfstandig en communicatief sterk.
