Descripción del empleo
- Brindar soporte al equipo del área de campo en tareas diarias. (FTL y Auditores)
- Coordinar la recepción y envío de correspondencia a nivel país
- Apoyar en la gestión de suministros de oficina.
- Dar seguimiento a solicitudes internas y externas. (Reservas de hotel, taxis, oficina etc.)
- Apoyar en la organización de reuniones, eventos o actividades corporativas.
- Dar apoyo en situaciones particulares de manera presencial en la oficina o en la bodega.
- Manejo de facturas, órdenes de compra y solicitar pagos urgentes
- Atender chats y correos electrónicos.
- Apoyar en la atención a clientes, proveedores o colaboradores.
- Canalizar solicitudes al área correspondiente de forma oportuna
- Cumplir con normas internas, políticas de confidencialidad y procedimientos.
Requisitos
- Estudiante de Administración de empresas, mercadeo o carreras afines.
- Conocimiento básico de Excel, Word y manejo de correo electrónico y herramientas de office
- Organización, responsabilidad y buena comunicación.
- Disponibilidad para aprender y trabajar en equipo.
