About the Role

Overview

The responsibilities of the position will be providing administrative and analytical project support to all functional areas of the Accounting and Finance Department. This person will work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager and Investment Accountant.#IND123

Pay: $20/hour

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to financial reporting function as needed to respond to underwriting requests.
  • Support Investment Accounting team with preparation of workpapers for annual tax returns and assist with processing of completed tax returns.
  • Collaborate on enterprise reporting and gathering of project data and information.
  • Assist with ongoing compliance of Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate the storage and organization of legal entity data and information in DealPath software system.
  • Assist with accounting department special projects and other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Full-time enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university
  • Accounting, Finance, or Business-related major required
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Junior or Senior preferred
  • Prior internship experience preferred
