Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow Account Managers and participate in client and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure
• Support data management efforts and assist with special projects across teams
• Assist with social media, digital marketing, and other marketing-related initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
