This role provides meaningful project experience, coaching from operational leaders, and opportunities to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Program Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining corporate EHS documents, training materials, and safety programs.
- Help track EHS initiatives and participate in ongoing improvement efforts.
- Support the development of risk‑management tools and safety communication resources.
- Participate in incident investigations by gathering data, reviewing documentation, and supporting root‑cause analysis.
- Help track first aids, near misses, and corrective actions to ensure timely follow‑up.
- Assist the human resources staff during internal audits by preparing documentation, checklists, and observations.
- Help manufacturing sites gather data needed for annual EHS plans and compliance reporting.
- Provide on‑site or virtual support to manufacturing teams as needed.
- Engage with cross‑functional partners to help drive awareness of safety requirements.
- Participate in EHS training sessions and help develop tools that strengthen safety knowledge across the network.
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety, OSHA principles, or industrial environmental concerns (coursework accepted).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn from experienced EHS professionals.
- Exposure to manufacturing environments and real EHS challenges.
- Mentorship from experienced safety and operations leaders.
