Role Summary

The Creative Design Intern for Hematology Oncology Marketing will support the translation of complex scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling, and compliant visual communications for our targeted IDH hematology brand and asparaginase brands. This role will primarily work with the Senior Marketing Managers and collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including agency partners and promotional review teams to improve and execute high-impact assets that support healthcare professional (HCP) and patient marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Launch branded social media channels, ensuring a professional and cohesive online presence
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns in collaboration with marketing team and agency partners; includes designing creative and drafting copy that aligns with brand messaging
  • Provide operational support for various digital and print marketing projects, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and the promotional review process
  • Assist with the development of other internal and external tactics and their execution and rollout as necessary, in particular with the editorial and design process

 

Education and Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Strategic Communications, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience with social media and design/editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred). Sample of work or portfolio is highly recommended
  • Interest in marketing, content creation and/or graphic design
  • Strong collaboration skills with an ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external vendor teams
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

 

Travel and Location

  • No travel required
  • Hybrid or Remote; Candidates located in Boston will be expected to report to the Boston Seaport office ~2x per week

The pay range for this role is $24-$34/hour. An intern’s pay position within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
