You will support the department leads in managing vendor relationships, digital documentation, and site-wide projects including contractor safety, budget monitoring, and health and safety compliance. This role provides critical support for our "Workplace Experience" and "Great Place to Work" initiatives, such as our Transportation and Site Strategies, while partnering with the team to coordinate on-site events and hospitality.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Opportunity:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Liaison with vendors and landlords to track project action items, oversee daily service levels (cleaning, landscaping, catering), and maintain accurate budget documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support contractor safety programs by tracking training compliance, managing building access registration, and ensuring on-site adherence to PPE and safety protocols.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor co-working spaces and furniture utilization to identify trends, and support employee transportation programs through data collection and reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span> Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing the purchase order process, and overseeing secure room access and key management systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in regular building walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs or safety infractions, ensuring all preventative maintenance schedules stay on track.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide backup support for internal meeting room bookings, event setups, and employee onboarding, alongside digital archiving and general departmental tasks.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Who You Are:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a closely related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capable of managing multiple priorities for various stakeholders while ensuring strict adherence to document retention and compliance standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A quick learner who understands project lifecycles, anticipates upcoming tasks, and tactfully holds stakeholders accountable to keep timelines on track.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors and internal customers, with the ability to influence outcomes through active listening and professional feedback.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Customer-service oriented with proficiency in Google Workspace (gSuite).
