Job Description

YOUR MISSION _________

Visual Implementation & Execution

  • Support the roll-out of seasonal visual merchandising campaigns and product launches across all POS in SEA markets.
  • Assist in adapting regional VM guidelines to local store formats and physical constraints.
  • Ensure all displays reflect Dior brand standards, storytelling, and campaign direction.

 

Trade Animation & Execution

  • To assist in coordinating with suppliers on VM POSM production for animation and events setup.
  • Support the development of retailtainment activities to enhance client experience.
  • Support the setup of animation and events.

 

Store Openings

  • Support new store openings by developing planograms, coordinating POSM delivery, and preparing all visual merchandising elements.
  • Create clear and comprehensive store opening fitting guides for setup teams.
  • Support on-site store opening setup to ensure VM excellence.

 

Operational Support

  • Collaborate with retail teams to schedule visual installs and changes with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate visual instructions and requirements clearly to retail teams and external partners.
  • Help manage inventory of visual tools, props, and campaign materials.

 

Market Insight & Reporting

  • Observe and document visual merchandising trends and competitor activity in Travel Retail environments.
  • Prepare monthly photo reports, observations, and visual performance summaries for the regional team.

 

Inventory Management

  • Ensure optimal POSM stock through accurate, organized, and systematic inventory management.
  • Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.

 

E - VM

  • To assist in visual adaption for site E-Corner update & campaign deployment.

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • Able to commit for a 6 months full time internship starting from February 2026
  • Genuine interest in the beauty industry
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with different functional teams.
  • Showcase problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail.
  • Strong accountability and ability to work independently when required.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic proficiency in MS Office Excel. Proficiency with SketchUp will be preferred.
  • 3D design knowledge will be a plus.
  • Basic Design software skills require (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp)
