People and Culture Recruitment Intern (m/f/d)

The People & Culture Recruitment Intern will support the recruitment team in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employer branding, providing valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic and collaborative environment
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating with new hires
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and timely information
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and internal events
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
YOUR PROFILE:
- Currently pursuing or just finished a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Maximum of 9 credits pending
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ATS tools is a plus
- High level in English and Spanish languages (C1)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
