With over 200,000 employees, Huawei is committed to develop the future information society and build a Better-Connected World.</p><p><span style="background:white;"><strong>Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich)</strong></span> is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products.</p><p><strong>Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) </strong>teams are rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies in multiple domains.</p><p><strong>Join Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) as:</strong></p><p><strong>Intern - AI Architectures Research for Safety-Related Systems (m/f/d)<br></strong></p><p><strong>Your mission:</strong></p><p>Conduct AI/Neural Networks architecture research to contribute solutions for using AI in safety relevant systems.</p><ul><li><p>Literature investigation about critical elements impacting neural network architectures and their use in safety relevant functions</p></li><li><p>Identify potential approaches and implement prototypes based on existing research.</p></li><li><p>Document and present your work to relevant stakeholders<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Your areas of expertise:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master or PhD student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a similar field</p></li><li><p>Ability and experience to independently conduct research and investigation on literature material and state-of-the-art.</p></li><li><p>Experienced with common neural network architectures and theory, CNN, DNN, LSTM, RNN and transformer. Familiar with the internals architectures such as positional encoding, embeddings, self- and cross-attention mechanisms.</p></li><li><p>Excellent programming skill in at least on the languages/frameworks: Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Pandas</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills, adaptability, the capability to learn quickly and independently as well as a hands-on, can-do attitude</p></li><li><p>Fluent in written and spoken English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>By applying to this position, you agree with our RECRUITMENT PRIVACY STATEMENT.
