About the Role

Day to Day

  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries through our Service Cloud (Salesforce) platform.
  • Provide timely confirmations and accurate information to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver documents requested by customers and vendors.
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for customers.
  • Update customer account information as needed.
  • Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by your Team Lead.
