Your Role:
- Litigation Support & Case Development: Assist in managing cases from inception through resolution by drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing discovery, and supporting motion practice under attorney supervision.
- Collaborative Team Player: Work seamlessly with a team of skilled attorneys and staff. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will contribute to our shared success and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Use your legal acumen to devise and implement strategic solutions that protect client interests and achieve optimal outcomes in litigation.
Requirements
We Are Looking For: A passionate second-year law student (2L) interested in a summer law clerk position, with the intent to seek admission to the Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Bar following graduation. Strong research and writing skills as well as strong analytical skills.
