We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Intern - Communications in one of our Oak Creek, Milwaukee or Green Bay, Wisconsin locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to assist with technical writing
  • Create documentation for developing technical application enhancements/modifications.
  • Develop and design standardized communications for internal usage
  • SharePoint design and development
  • Organizing electronic files on shared drives
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, User experience, Technical Communication/Writing, or closely related field with a graduation date after June 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Ability to commute between offices based on business need

End Date: 03/13/2026 

 

Pay Range Minimum:  $20.30

Pay Range Maximum:  $23.43

 

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.  At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
