About the Role

This is an office-based, sales-focused role where you’ll reengage warm leads, schedule in-person sales appointments, and learn how to present virtual painting proposals with accurate pricing. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations team, receive training, and develop practical sales and closing skills.


- Earn $20–$30/hour + performance-based bonuses
- Work 12–24 hours per week during the semester (in-office)
- Full-time hours available over the summer
- Internship runs through August with opportunities to extend


What You’ll Do:

  • Reengage past leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Convert warm leads into scheduled in-person sales appointments
  • Prepare and present virtual painting proposals with accurate pricing
  • Learn sales techniques and closing strategies through hands-on experience
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and compliance to support sales and operations
  • Support quarterly strategic initiatives and assist with special projects

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship
  • Professional phone and email presence
  • Ability to work part time hours during the semester (12–24 hours/week), and full time hours during the summer
  • Willingness to work in-office
