About The Company
NDM Hospitality Services LLC was founded on June 29th, 2011. The company owns, develops, and operates hospitality assets in the Food & Beverage and Resort Management sectors. NDM Hospitality has both a Food and Beverage division and a Hospitality division. In our hospitality division we are pioneering a new industry within travel called Branded Vacation Home Resorts. These resorts take the comforts of a vacation home and combine that with the services, amenities, standards, and consistency of a world class full service resort. These resorts will re-define how people view vacation home product by providing branded and consistent experiences at each resort that is trusted so that guests know what they will get when they go to any of our various brands locations. Our hospitality division will also be managing & owning traditional hotels. Our Food and Beverage division is currently made up of our BurgerFi business including 7 current restaurants. We also have management contracts to manage food and beverage at the Encore Resort at Reunion & all food and beverage at the Island H2O Live Water Park at Margaritaville Resort Orlando.

Summer Internship - May 25 - August 30, 2026


JOB SUMMARY: Island H2O Water Park is looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating engaging content & wants handson experience in entertainment, tourism, and event marketing. You'll support daytoday marketing operations, assist with promotional events & help bring the Island H2O Water Park brand to life across digital and onsite channels.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with content creation for social media, website, email & in‑park signage.
  • Support the planning & execution of marketing campaigns & seasonal initiatives.
  • Help coordinate & staff promotional events, influencer visits & community outreach.
  • Assist in creating engaging content with our staff for both internal & external use.
  • Capture photo & video content around the park for marketing use.
  • Assist with updating marketing calendars, tracking campaign performance & organizing assets
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, guest services & events teams.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School level education

Experience: Some experience preferred within the theme park, entertainment, or hospitality industry. This is an entry level position with training provided.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong writing, communication & organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube).
  • Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of business-related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point a plus.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of park, division, and department information as requested by the company.
  • Ability to troubleshoot situations without delay and act accordingly.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays, overnight events and weekends.
  • Must be able to maintain positive, respectful relationships and work effectively with all internal and external constituencies, including team members, community leaders and senior management.
  • Must have a proactive, goal-oriented, can-do attitude. Positive and effective customer service skills.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background check.
