Sodexo’s Strategic Internship Program offers an AI Strategy Internship within our Data Analytics team, supporting the Campus Segment. You’ll work with the team to explore how AI and automation support real business needs. While helping build AI agents that improve productivity and decision-making, you’ll also gain exposure to areas like data analysis, solution design, and client support.

 

Join us for this 10-week remote internship, open to candidates in any location.

What You'll Do

  • Test and evaluate AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, to assess functionality and integration potential.

  • Build and test AI agents such as chatbots, data insight agents, and productivity tools that support real business needs.

  • Research and document AI use cases across Campus operations, developing test cases to measure performance and impact.

  • Collaborate with analytics and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

  • Share insights, results, and recommendations with leadership through clear documentation and presentations.

What You Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in your junior or senior year of college.
  • Must be willing to participate in training and receive mentorship.
  • Willingness to provide customers and clients with excellent service.
  • Proficient with computers and technology.
  • Must be a team player and support an all-inclusive workforce.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Python is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and prompt engineering.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
