Job Title: Intern Associate (Architecture - Summer 2026)

Location: Irvine, CA

Irvine For Sale: This studio’s work spans regions and typologies: from infill sites in Hollywood to age-targeted communities in the Mojave Desert, and trend setting build-to-rent neighborhoods in multiple states. Irvine For Sale is driven by the goals of their clients and the relationships they build to create livable solutions for residents to thrive. As innovators of single family, townhome and stacked flat condos, they work collaboratively to actualize lifestyle and density driven designs for long term value. Creative and outgoing, this team is a perennial favorite for our Halloween contests.

Irvine High Density: Characterized by a diverse body of work, this large studio sustains a small team feel through close collaboration. Variety is key to Irvine High Density’s success, with clients in affordable, market rate, luxury, mixed use and student housing, and designing everything from on-grade walkups to high rises, from San Diego to Irvine and beyond. This studio is particularly effective due to a high level of coordination with other studios, frequently working with Urban Design, Retail and For Sale on mixed use developments. Design excellence, technical expertise and a shared vision leave a lasting impression on Irvine HD’s clients, leading to a high volume of repeat business.

Irvine Retail: This growing studio is dedicated to changing the structure and face of retail in response to how people want to shop, dine and enjoy themselves in the public sphere. A highly collaborative team whose work often intersects with that of others; Irvine Retail, with their people-first design ethos, lends its expertise to mixed use, high density, commercial and public-facing developments. What makes this team most valuable is an acute understanding of how retail can respond to changing market trends to receive the best possible response. This studio can often be found at a team lunch or birthday celebration.
