Stellenbeschreibung

  • Während deines Praktikums entwirfst du Montage- und Fertigungsvorrichtungen mittels Autodesk Inventor (3D CAD) und erstellst die zugehörigen, fertigungsgerechten Einzelteil- und Baugruppenzeichnungen.
  • Du planst und gestaltest Produktionsabläufe, erstellst Analysen zur Kapazitätsplanung und setzt definierte Projektziele in der Fertigungsplanung um.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du für den Betrieb und die Optimierung unserer additiven Fertigungsanlagen zuständig und fertigst damit Betriebsmittel und Entwicklungsmuster.
  • Des Weiteren analysierst du bestehende Prozesse, gestaltest Arbeitsplätze ergonomisch und effizient und deckst gezielt Rationalisierungspotenziale auf.
  • Die enge, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und die selbstständige Umsetzung von Arbeitspaketen runden dein Tätigkeitsfeld ab.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Fertigungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar mit abgeschlossenem Grundstudium
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Autodesk Inventor); fundiertes Verständnis für Konstruktionslehre, konventionelle und additive Fertigungsverfahren; ausgeprägtes praktisches Verständnis für mechanische Zusammenhänge und konstruktive Lösungen; nachweisbare Studienschwerpunkte oder Projekte in den Bereichen Konstruktion, Fertigungsplanung oder Produktionstechnik sind von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist motiviert und teamorientiert
  • Begeisterung: Faszination für Technik
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Dauer: 6 Monate (ausschließlich Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO möglich)
