About the Role
Objective of job
- Support all finance functions, conduct specific bookkeeping and accounting activities, coordinate with Finance and Accounting in improving accounting management process
Principle activities
- Conduct general bookkeeping activities (e.g. check, assign and book incoming and outgoing
- invoices, handle demand notes and claims, control and book incoming payments, adjust accounts,
- administer master data, etc.)
- Support in updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Support in updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Review and assure payments and coverage of discrepancies, etc.
- Assist with reviewing processes, expenses and other financial data/reports.
- Other additional tasks per requirement
Job requirements
- Specialized knowledge/ education: Recent graduate or current working towards a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Work experience: None
- Additional knowledge: fluent in English, Good computer skills (especially MS-Office)
