Dans le cadre de son développement, Melia Hôtels International a ouvert en février 2015 son 6ème hôtel français en plein cœur du quartier des affaires de La Défense.
Cet Hôtel contemporain 4 étoiles de 364 chambres et de 19 étages offre à ses clients un espace convention, un Fitness center, 2 restaurants, et un bar situé au dernier étage le SKYLINE, avec vues panoramiques sur Paris.

Sous la responsabilité de la Cheffe de Réception, vous vous assurerez de la bonne prise en charge du client (reconnaissance, accueil et renseignements) et veillerez à sa satisfaction pendant toute la durée de son séjour.

 

Missions Principales :

  • Accueillir le client de manière courtoise et chaleureuse
  • Veiller à la bonne prise en charge du client
  • Écouter le client et répondre à ses attentes en étant force de proposition
  • Renseigner et conseiller le client (informations sur l'établissement et les prestations proposées, les environs avec des prestations via Mon Petit Paris…)
  • Effectuer les démarches liées au Check In et Check Out
  • Assurer la facturation et l’encaissement des prestations destinées à la clientèle individuelle et groupe
  • S'assurer de la satisfaction du client, et contribuer à sa fidélisation
  • Participer à l'optimisation des ventes de l'établissement (ventes de PDJ, ventes d’upselling chambres, ventes d’early check-in etc ...)
  • Assurer la tenue du standard téléphonique lorsque cela est nécessaire, effectuer la prise de messages et veiller à leur bonne transmission
  • Répondre aux demandes clients par email

Profil recherché : 

  • Etudiant en BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration/Tourisme ou en licence/Bachelor
  • Expérience similaire (stage/apprentissage ou saison) en réception ou en relation client au sein d’un hôtel de même standing est appréciée
  • Maitrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire. La maitrise d’une autre langue est un plus
  • Organisation, rigueur et excellente aptitude en communication
  • Sens inné de la relation client et de la qualité de service
  • La connaissance du logiciel Opera Cloud est appréciée
