Your Role:

As a Marketing and Event Intern at Sony Europe, Switzerland, you'll embark on a year-long journey to experience many assets of our Event and Product Marketing team. You’ll gain valuable experience in the route to market of Sony products, as market leader within digital imaging products and solutions.

Your primary objective will be to support our Consumer Electronics Marketing and Event team. This role is designed to help you grow your skills and kickstart your career in Sales and Marketing at Sony.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event management support: Supporting in organizing, managing and attending several events across the Swiss market, targeting (professional) photo-/videographers, from beginning to end.

• Relationship building with key photo-/videographers: Be a point of contact for professional photo-/videographers to support them with their questions and requests.

• Demo gear manager: Managing the demo gear within the Swiss office to maximize the efficient usage.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business to Business, sales, brand activation, and marketing colleagues, to optimize execution.

• Marketing Support: Support the marketing team with several tasks like B2B analysis, meeting preparations, financial forecasting, product launches, etc.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your analytical skills to optimize B2B reporting and support in several data driven tasks within the product marketing team

Who You Are:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Event management, or a Photo-/Videography oriented studies, at Bachelor or Master level, with some prior work experience or internships.

• Passionate about Photography and/or Videography, consumer marketing and technology.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong numerical and logical abilities.

• A natural team player and communicator who fosters a positive and efficient work environment through mutual respect and teamwork.

• Ambitious, proactive, and highly professional.

• Fluent in German and English.
