So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.</span></p></div><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Sales Support Agent&nbsp; to join our team.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key operational tasks, including training on merchant apps, assisting with picking and stocking, improving performance metrics, and reporting issues.</p> <p>This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.</p> <h2>What you’ll be doing</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Merchant App Training</strong>: Provide training to team members on the use of merchant apps for order processing, inventory management, and operational tasks.</li> <li><strong>Assisting with Picking &amp; Stocking</strong>: Accurately pick items for customer orders and efficiently stock inventory to ensure availability and reduce out-of-stock items.</li> <li><strong>Improving Key metrics</strong>: Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, enhance performance metrics, and boost overall customer satisfaction.</li> <li><strong>Reporting Venue Issues</strong>: Identify and promptly report any operational or logistical issues related to the venue that could impact order fulfillment or inventory management.</li> <li><strong>Assortment Health</strong>: Monitor and maintain the health of product assortments, ensuring that popular items are adequately stocked and slow-moving items are reviewed for relevance.</li> <li><strong>Reporting to Supervisor</strong>: Regularly communicate with the supervisor on daily performance, challenges, and any operational issues.</li> <li><strong>Cycle Count</strong>: Assist in conducting regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and report findings.</li> </ul> <h2>Our humble expectations&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Must hold a valid legal student status in Croatia for at least the next 12 months (covering the full duration of the internship)</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple locations in the city</li> <li>A fast learner with the ability to multitask</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.</li> <li>Basic proficiency in using apps and software for order management and inventory tracking.</li> <li>Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in picking and stocking.</li> <li>Strong communication skills for reporting issues and working with team members.</li> <li>Ability to lift, move, and organize stock as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Experience</h2> <p>Experience from working in a grocery store or a similar environment is a plus</p> <h2>Working Hours</h2> <p>This is a position requiring flexible working hours based on business needs, with a focus on peak operational times.</p> <h2>What we offer</h2> <ul> <li>✨ A Fun &amp; Dynamic Work Environment – Work with a supportive, international team;</li> <li>📈 Career Growth – Opportunities to learn and develop within Wolt;</li> <li>🍔 Wolt Perks – Discounts on Wolt orders &amp; modern work equipment;</li> <li>⚖️ Work-Life Balance – Enjoy flexibility in your work routine.</li> </ul> <h2>Next steps</h2> <p>If you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going!
