The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Corporate Marketing team which includes Digital Marketing, Sales Operations and Marketing.

 

Position Details:

  • Assist with content updates to the Stanley Martin website
  • Learn and update Call Tracking Metrics (phone system) with changes provided by the Marketing team
  • Review and proof collateral for brand accuracy
  • Assist with auditing online home listings displayed on third party sites like Zillow, Realtor.com and MLS
  • Assist with managing projects with external vendors and the internal design team
  • Support other cross-functional Sales and Marketing analytics projects
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events including the annual Sales Summit, neighborhood events, and more
  • Assist with Salesforce Admin requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups across our sales, support, operations, and marketing teams
  • Review and Audit large data set and assist in clean-up efforts where applicable
  • Assist Corporate Marketing with the upload and tagging of Photography into the Data Asset Management System
  • Assist with digital advertising updates
  • Use various AI tools to create content for publication on blogs and other media
  • Assist with the execution of various marketing email campaigns
  • Assist with new projects, enhancements, integrations, or implementations as needed

Position Standards:

  • Easily able to prioritize each day based on the needs of the team
  • Consistently has a positive outlook and motivated to learn new thing
  • Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when interacting verbally and through written communication

Position Requirements:

  • College student in a bachelor’s degree program for Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial-minded
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in learning about day-to-day marketing activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to successfully collaborate with co-workers from multiple teams and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 40-hour work week for at least 8-12 weeks in May - August
